ABSTRACT
Drug-related problems for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus such as medication schedules, side effects and drug interactions are often encountered by pharmacists. The lack of education received by patients causes the use of drugs to be less effective. The purpose of community service is to provide information and solve drug-related problems. The target of community service is STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang pharmacy student who is a prospective pharmacist for the future. Community service was carried out online via Zoom and was attended by 291 students. The results of community service concluded that STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang pharmacy students had basic knowledge about pharmacotherapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus which was marked by questions and sharing experiences between the presenters and participants.

EDUKASI TERKAIT FARMAKOTERAPI DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2
ABSTRAK
Permasalahan terkait obat pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 seperti jadwal minum, efek samping dan interaksi obat sering dijumpai oleh apoteker. Kurangnya edukasi yang diterima pasien menyebabkan penggunaan obat kurang efektif. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan pemecahan masalah terkait obat. Sasaran dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah mahasiswa farmasi STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang yang merupakan calon apoteker untuk masa yang akan datang. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara online via Zoom dan diikuti oleh 291 orang mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa farmasi STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai farmakoterapi diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang ditandai dengan pertanyaan dan berbagi pengalaman antara pemateri dan peserta.
