INTERVENSI BERBASIS MOBILE (mHealth) TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MINUM ARV PADA ORANG DENGAN HIV AIDS (ODHA) : SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract


                                                       ABSTRACT

Background: HIV/AIDS is currently a health problem that threatens Indonesia and many countries around the world. The global HIV/AIDS epidemic has entered critical condition. United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) data shows that by the end of 2015 globally 36.7 million people living with HIV. Until 2020, the number of HIV/AIDS sufferers in Indonesia is 61% in women and 39% of men. Many studies have shown that non-compliance with ARV therapy can have a major impact on HIV/AIDS treatment. One of the efforts to improve ODHA compliance undergoes ARV therapy by utilizing technology via mobile phone.. mHealth is very beneficial for chronic disease patients who need long-term and regular services. Research Objectives: to identify the influence of mHealth on the knowledge and compliance of ARV drinking in People With HIV AIDS (ODHA) based on Systematic Review. Research Method: the type of research used is experiment using Systematic Review method. Research Results: the results of this study showed the level of compliance drinking ARV In People With HIV AIDS increased with the presence of  mHealth, therefore mHealth affects the compliance of drinking ARV In People With HIV AIDS. Some of the articles found suggest mHealth comes as a promising initiative to improve treatment compliance as well as sms reminders deemed intrusive and not a threat to privacy. Conclusion : from 10 articles reviewed the influence of mHealth on ARV drinking compliance In People With HIV AIDS compliance rate increased and quite good

Latar Belakang : HIV/AIDS saat ini merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengancam Indonesia dan banyak negara di seluruh dunia. Epidemi HIV/AIDS secara global telah memasuki kondisi yang kritis. Data United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) menunjukan bahwa sampai dengan akhir 2015 di dunia secara global orang yang hidup dengan HIV sebesar 36,7 juta orang. Sampai pada tahun 2020, jumlah pengidap HIV/AIDS di Indonesia sebesar 61% pada perempuan dan 39% dari laki-laki. Banyak penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ketidakpatuhan pasien pada terapi ARV dapat memberikan dampak besar terhadap pengobatan HIV/AIDS. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan ODHA menjalani terapi ARV dengan pemanfaatan teknologi melalui telepon seluler. mHealth sangat bermanfaat bagi pasien penyakit kronis yang membutuhkan layanan jangka panjang dan teratur. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh mHealth terhadap pengetahuan dan kepatuhan minum ARV pada Orang Dengan HIV AIDS (ODHA) berdasarkan Systematic Review. Metode Penelitiaan : jenis penelitiaan yang digunakan adalah experimen dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Review. Hasil Penelitian : hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat kepatuhan minum ARV Pada Orang Dengan HIV AIDS bertambah dengan adanya mHealth, maka dari itu mHealth berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan minum ARV Pada Orang Dengan HIV AIDS. Dari beberapa artikel yang ditemukan menyatakan mHealth hadir sebagai inisiatif yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan serta pengingat sms dianggap tidak mengganggu dan bukan ancaman terhadap privasi. Kesimpulan : dari 10 artikel yang di review pengaruh mHealth terhadap kepatuhan minum ARV Pada Orang Dengan HIV AIDS tingkat kepatuhannya bertambah dan cukup bagus.
