DUKUNGAN MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN MENTAL REMAJA BERBASIS CHARACTER AND COMMUNICATION TRAINING (CCT)

Abstract


                                                      ABSTRACT

This research focuses on dedication to generational development towards mental health in adolescents. Activities students in applying CCT guidelines; Carry out assistance to students regarding CCT guidelines as an aspect of improving effective communication skills and reducing feelings of anxiety and low self-confidence. The implementation method is divided into four (4) stages, namely: 1) Preparation; 2) Training outreach; 3) Implementation of training programs; 4) Evaluation and report on service results. The PKM CCT activity was held at Citra Medika Sukoharjo Vocational School on Wednesday, February 21 2024. Starting at 08.00 WIB, participants gathered in the School Hall. Based on the material presented, several activities include stimulating students through several cases and appropriate and appropriate communication methods to prevent bullying cases from occurring. This PKM activity received a very good response from the participants who took part in the activity. Recommendations for this service are conveyed to the service providers to continue this service and present more relevant material and up-to-date intervention patterns needed by students in learning activities at school.

                                                            ABSTRAK

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pengabdian terhadap pengembangan generasi terhadap kesehatan mental pada remaja. Kegiatan melatih peserta didik dalam menerapkan panduan CCT; Melaksanakan pendampingan kepada peserta didik terkait panduan CCT sebagai aspek peningkatan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang efektif dan mengurangi rasa kecemasan dan rasa percaya diri rendah. Metode pelaksanaan terbagi menjadi empat (4) tahapan, yakni: 1) Persiapan; 2) Sosialisasi pelatihan; 3) Pelaksanaan program pelatihan; 4) Evaluasi dan laporan hasil pengabdian. Kegiatan PKM CCT dilaksanakan di SMK Citra Medika Sukoharjo pada Rabu, 21 Februari 2024. Dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB, peserta telah berkumpul di Aula Sekolah. Berdasarkan materi yang terpaparkan, maka beberapa aktivitas yakni melakukan stimulus terhadap peserta didik melalui beberapa kasus dan cara komunikasi yang sesuai dan tepat untuk mencegah kasus perundungan tersebut terjadi. Kegiatan PKM ini memperoleh respon yang sangat baik oleh peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan. Rekomendasi pengabdian ini disampaikan kepada pihak pengabdi untuk terus melanjutkan pengabdian ini dan menyajikan materi yang lebih relevan serta pola intervensi yang mutakhir yang dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.
